One of our cellulite experts recently wrote an awesome article that is the rule-book on what to do and what not do when it comes to removing ugly cellulite dimples, shadows and ripples. It’s an easy-to-read article with some awesome tips and a helpful video that you’ll want to see while it’s still available.
If you ask any woman what is the definition of “cellulite”, you’ll get a variety of answers that will confuse you. From “fiber bands pulling down the skin” to “toxic fat pockets behind the skin” and many other strange definitions in between…
The truth is: the majority of people don’t know what “cellulite” actually is, or, what is the cause behind this strange appearance in the trouble zones of the lower body…”
Actually, there is no such thing as ‘cellulite’… if that is surprising you or not. But how do we get rid of something that doesn’t exist?”
The answer is this:
The word, “cellulite”, was invented several decades ago, in a European beauty-spa, to DESCRIBE the dimpled, shadowy, and rippled appearance of skin in the lower part of the female body. (butt, legs, thighs, hips)
The beauty spas then started making profits big-time by selling “beauty” services and products to get rid of this new pesky “cellulite”. And if you’re like the majority of women who’ve been tried by this problem, then you already saw that all of those superficial and passive beauty treatments do not help you remove the mushy dimples and dented shadows on your thighs, buns, and legs.
If you want to make your lower body smooth, fit and attractive, here are 5 steps that you must follow.
Here they are:
5 Important Tips to Eliminate Cellulite
1: You cannot eliminate the shadows and dimples (cellulite) by rubbing an goopy cream, odd gel, or weird lotion on your problem spots and trouble zones.
Therefore, stop using them – some will make your cellulite worse.
There are plenty of creams on the market that promise to help you reduce cellulite, but there’s no possible way for any of them, no matter how expensive they are, to get rid of cellulite. This is not a skin problem. Cellulite is an underlying structural issue, and it can only be removed by reversing the cause. Atrophied muscle fibers beneath your “trouble spots” is what causes cellulite.
Since the shadows and the squishy dimples are a superficial effect of a problem that is below the surface; it’s impossible for the gels, lotions or creams to have any physiological effect on what causes the problem…
2: Expensive and risky ‘spa treatments’ cannot reduce your cellulite, they can only reduce your bank account. Not to mention that there are reports of seriously injured and scarred women.
Keep away from these things as the FDA reports show women who were injured or scarred for life.
Uncomfortable, dangerous and painful services like endermologie or body-wrapping has been proved to be ineffective at treating cellulite. But marketing and advertising loopholes permit these services to still be marketed to women that are desperate to get rid of their shadows or attractive dimples.
3: The saggy ripples, attractive dimples and shadows that are also known as cellulite are not “genetic”. You are not stuck with them forever.
Don’t believe this nonsense for even 1 more second. Falsely believing this will stop you from getting rid of cellulite.
These are two ridiculous myths that has been passed around by people who think they know it all. It has also been promoted by women that couldn’t get rid of their cellulite.
Just because you can see a daughter and mother sharing the same “orange peel” look doesn’t mean this is genetic. It simply means both women didn’t found yet a way to firm, tone and lift the muscle layers underneath the saggy, dimpled skin.
4: No matter you age, you can get rid of cellulite.
Cellulite is a structural problem (muscle) – and it can be resolved with unique and simple body movements that target the areas with cellulite.
Any woman, regardless of fitness level or age, can follow these types of moves. It also doesn’t matter at what age your cellulite started to show up. It work for women that got it in early teen years, after pregnancy or menopause.
